| Congrats on the buck, I have been thinking of getting an R1 also, but I was looking at the 300 Win Mag.

| mete, I was sceptical about this gun, as I haven't shot one yet. This gun performed flawlessly for me though! I didn't shoot it 'officially" off a bench to see how accurate it could be though. It grouped within 1 1/2" in a real world situation at 100 yards. Pretty good I thought. The weather was really warm up here, so I can't tell you how it will perform in cold weather yet. | Finally got a tape on my buck-gross score is 139 5/8. Not huge, but a great buck for where I hunt! Thanks again for the great comments guys!
