AnotherAZWriterWhat is the best climbing tree stand out there?
Okay, almost time for my annual northern MN deer hunt and I can't wait. Back in the day, I bought two Tree Lounges; while they are super comfortable, esp after I haul up my pack with a sleeping bag that I then pull into, they are heavy and not the easiest or quietest to move. Now days I set them up before the first day and leave them up until I am done hunting.
So what do you guys like? I am looking for something I can bungee cord on my old 70s frame backpack and set up easily and quietly. Would prefer one that doesn't have a vertical support between my legs so I can pull my sleeping bag up to my chin in case it gets cold (which it hasn't done lately).

thecanadianIf you are able to leave it out, these are the best that I have ever used.
http://www.treewalkertreestands.com/The only drawback is its size. It can be a little cumbersome if you have to pack it in and out everyday.

CougarzAnother vote for summit. Well at least that's what's most popular where I live but we don't spend as much time in a tree as the mid west and east coast folks do.

AnotherAZWriterThanks guys; I am going to order a Summit; the treewalker is a bit bigger than I need.

PoyntmanAgree...Summit
I went to them about 15 years ago and no need for anything else.
Safe, quiet, easy to pack in (although I like my older models that went fully flat)

larryshoresI spent 6.5 hours in one this morning . They are about as comfortable as they can be for something like that.

Frosty861I'd recommend you look at Lone Wolf. Light weight, strong, quiet, easy to pack and comfortable. All comes down to personal preference.
