Mike.. that's where yor confusion comes from. The 308 is the Best .30 cal. The others are just trying to be better by going faster.

I cant't seem to drum up much interest in my .22 Whisper.... a 300 Whisper necked down to .22 [ [Wink] ]

any centerfire .22 caliber rfle. I dont really have a use for them. If i need to take out the ground hog under my shed i just grab my .22 rimfire.
