Has anyone used the Nosler Partition Gold CT bullets on any BIG Game such as Elk, Moose, etc.? I am thinking of using the 180 gr in my 300 Win Mag this year. How did it perform?????

Used the 180gr Moly Free last fall on elk. I put two into a 6x6 bull at 250yds broadside, one exited and the other lodged in the off side shoulder. My rifle is a 300 Jarrett, which is basically a 300Wby with normal shaped shoulder, muzzle velocity was 3225fps.
I'd give them a definite 10, they are accurate and obviously penetrate quite well!

Corey -- I used a 250 gr. Nosler Partition Gold bullet on an Alaska Yukon Moose. I was shooting a .340 Wby and had the bullet loaded Approx. 2900 fps. It did a great job, knocking the Moose in his tracks at 175 yards. I would use them again. Good Shooting.

Before his death, Finn Aagaard did penetration tests to compare the Partition Gold and "regular" Partition... as I recall, the regular Partition out-penetrated the Partition Gold by several inches in his test medium. The PG's retained more weight...
