Yesterday, I took a trip around the county to assess the flood damage on a few ranches that I hunt. Besides a lot of washed roads and culverts, roads that no longer exist, and general disarray; I noticed that many antelope and some deer have some fawns in tow. tu2

It's a good sign that they didn't sluff their fawns in wake of one of the worst winters in the area. Still be prepared for antelope permit numbers to be cut drastically after thousands winterkilled.
