I just had reports from two clients that been hunting Latvia for three days (usually to short period) for red stag. One of them shot what is likely to be the biggest trophy so far this year and the other shot a got trophy Red Stag and a 100 Kgs Wild Boar.

I just got this photo from one of my clients, the Red Stag is about 8 kgs and is likely to be one of the biggest trophies shot in Latvia so far this year.

8 kg??

How difficult is it to hunt Latvia? I have some potential work in the area and hopefully some time off to make it happen.

8 kg would be about 16 pounds!

My two clients only had three days over and took this big stag and one smaller but also a good trophy, one also shot a 100 kgs/200 pound Wild Boar.
