here is my problem i waited for 9 months for a browning rifle it finally came after the long wait . it is a exellent rifle ,but here is where the problem comes in ... i asked browning canada and browning usa if there were going to be makeing the rifle in left handed bolt, bothe there replys were no not for a few years to come.. jan 4 2003 i see in there book that they have come out with the rifle i asked about . now this was less than 3 months after i asked ... were is the costomer service i think browning new months in advance that they were comming out with a left handed bolt. i have called browning canada and they told me that i should have shopped at a different store .. not my local store when the heck did browning have the right to tell me where to shop ?. do you think i have a legtement complain or am i crazy honest replies will not hurt my feelings ps i purchesed 2 of the rifles one for me and one for my brother

If you asked Browning USA or Browning Canada DIRECTLY (as in called the corporate HQ) and were told there would be no such rifle for years THEN HELL YES I think you have a legitimate compliant. If, however, you asked the store and they SAID they called Browning USA or Browning Canada and were told they wouldn't be making the rifle you were looking for, your complaint is obviously with the retailer and I would definitely let them hear about it too!

i called both browning canada and usa my self numourse time looking for my rifle ..... i asked them every time i called whitch was once a week browning canada .... is the one that told me not to shop where i was shopping and go to a larger retailer .... where i shop is ontario can warrentee center

You have a legit complaint. They should swap your rifle for a leftie if they know anything about customer service.
