Google craigslist / San Antonio, Houston, Dallas.
In the search part put in 'aoudad'.

Wendell is a great guy and a blast to hunt with!

I would also highly recommend Bubba Glosson with Southwest Trophy Hunts, his free range hunts in TX are second to none.
