I was doing a little surfing looking at the various tree stands you get to use and came across these by X-Stands...They look pretty good especially for bow hunters and weigh next to nothing.





They come in 3 versions and cost around $250..



Version one is the "standard" with built in safety rail...













Version two is the "gunhunter" designed as a face the tree climber











And version three is the "openfront" for you guys that hunt with a stick and string!

I was actually looking for a face away from the tree climber with a shooting rail, but the lightness and simplicity of these is very tempting. Any thoughts or comments?

They look kinda jakey to me, I will stick with my Summit Viper XLS. It can be found for under $250.
