I was a butcher for eight years and used a Hobart 5 horse power meat grinder than ran on 3-phase current. I live in the country where 3-phase is out of the question. I've considered the smaller grinders found in Cabela's and such. Has anyone used these small grinders? I'm afraid I won't be happy with the results. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
