257 Weatherby Magnum 100 gr loads - What velocities are you guys getting? Just curious...those with a chronograph please respond. Also, what is your load and barrel length?

My own 257 wby would produce just over 3500 fps with h1000.The barrel was a 26" mclennon custom barrel and this load would group between 3/8" and 1/2" on average.The chamber did not have the long weatherby freebore but instead the bullets sat .030" off the rifling.

My 257 Wby shoots the 100 grain Nosler BTs at 3650 ft/s with the average group right @ 0.625 inches. Barrel is a 27" PacNor Super match w/o freebore.
