I live on mine.

I hunt on blm and forest service land. So 10 minutes to 30 minutes depends on where I want and what I am hunting.

My son thinks 3 hours is excessive.

depends on the tag and unit, 1.5hrs is probably minimum, up to: across the state.

The time it takes to walk out my back door.

Ha! I didn't respond, because I can't drive to my primary hunt property! I have to jump a jet for a couple of hours; take a prop jet for an hour or so; then charter a beaver for an hour.

My ranch is 150 miles from my house.

The best hunts come from a horse or a Beaver!

Not a property per say, it's public land/wilderness area.

Takes about 45 minutes to get there from my house.

Usually about 5 1/2 hours to camp in northern Maine. From camp...15 minutes to an hour

I didn't answer because mine can vary depending on where in the state I draw a tag. I've hunted oryx within 30 minutes of my couch and deer 7 hours away, with lots in between. I used to routinely drive 9+ hours to our lease in south Texas for hog and deer hunts. Didn't mind it too much. Get a good audio book and time flies by.

Two primary areas for me, one a 5 minute walk behind the house and another public land area 13 miles away. Also a few other private properties of 60 to 200 acres within 20 minutes.

I live on my own 2500 acre in Pa. but also travel up state 4 hours to another piece of property I own to hunt deer. Funny thing is the deer hunting is better on my home piece.

I am part of a Deer/turkey lease that is 1:45 minutes south.
I have several pieces of private property and a whole bunch of public land I can stomp around in within 15 minutes of the house. If I decide to hunt bears. I usually drive an hour north.

I replied "more than 4 hours" because this is Texas, you know.

I can shoot little Hill Country whitetails from my front porch, but my primary hunting place is about 4.5 hours away. It seems like a long drive to the grandsons, but one of them now has his learner's license so he gets drafted to do some of the driving. My truck has wifi, so his 12 year-old brother stays absorbed in his phone with either gaming or texting. Halfway there is a favorite BBQ joint, which everyone looks forward to. Not a bad trip compared to the 15 hour drive to our elk hunting place or a two-day flight to Africa.

Every morning when I walk my dog I am packing a gun (and bear spray) because on our adventures we have seen Grizzly and black bear, mountain lions, bobcats, wolves and coyotes, elk, moose, whitetail and mule deer. I am probably forgetting something but you get the idea. GOD I LOVE MONTANA!
P.S. Forgot to say bighorn sheep, and all within three miles of the house.

I walk out the door and start hunting. Nearest whitetail scrape and rub is 150 yards from the house. Now if I could just get the big boys to move around during the day......

less than 15 minutes if the out of state hunters ain't blocking the road looking at the deer they can't shoot in the hay fields.

then another 30 minutes losing them after they try following me up the trail.

Sometimes as short as takes me to walk out my backdoor. I've had mule deer, whitetail deer, elk, moose, black bear, and mountain lions all less than 100 yards from my house, and on my property, and I've taken advantage of a few of those gift horses.

On other hunts, I've killed mule deer, whitetail deer, elk, moose, a black bear, bighorn sheep, a buffalo, antelope, and a mountain goat all less than 100 miles from my house.
