In Wyoming you have to draw, so until you do draw don't make to many plans. Wyoming is 50% public land, yours and mine. Try area 119 for deer, mostly mulies and good access.

Toto, We are a wyoming based booking outfit and have some great private land deer hunts available. Prices range from about $2500-$3500. You can expect to take a very nice representative buck on these hunts. The draw is usually not a problem. If this sounds interesting just contact me anytime and I can give you more details. Contact both state's Fish and Game departments, check out their information on-line and have them mail you their packets, it can get a bit confusing. If you can't or don't want a guided hunt you'd better start the process of putting in for tags ASAP. Both states have TONS of public land, most of which is only heavily hunted close to the roads. Walk out of site of your truck and you'll most likely be alone. If you're looking at a guided hunt you should get a bunch of good references on this site. In my opinion, worth what you're paying for it, if you have the resource of time but not the resource of money, you'll need to spend your time researching good areas, access points, hotels, camping spots, etc. If you have the resource of money but not time, a guided hunt is a great way to go to get (most likely) a nicer trophy and have everything taken care of for you.
