They all are good guns. Choose the one that you fancy. I'm partial to Model 70's so I'd go that way, but any of them will work. The real question is what scope are you going to put on it? I'm partial to Schmidt & Benders, but they are a little pricy. I would advise Leupold at a minimum. Maybe a 3X9 variable with talley rings.

I have a lot of lefties and if you like the quarter bores Ruger also makes a lefty 25.06. My Savages are the best shooters of all of the production guns with Remington in second place followed in last place by Ruger. I've only owned a lefty Winchester for a week and it's a 375 so I don't know how accurate the standard M70's are but it sure is pretty.

I don't think you'd go wrong with any of them; they'll all take game. In lefty bolt guns, I have three Remingtons, a Sako and a custom job done on a Montana Rifle Company action. I'd go with the one that fits you the best and that feels the best in your hands! Pete

If you can find one I'd take the CZ3 in 270 wsm. I belive the CZ3's are built on MRC actions. But I don't know this for a fact.

I'd take a cz but in 30/06.....IMHO the wsm's are just re-inventing the wheel, plenty of good commone rounds that will do the same thing.
