My son and I went on an after work hunt and he got this doe.

20 gauge slug Federal premium copper 3".

Congratulations to the young hunter, looks like he did a great job.

Nothing wrong with shooting slick heads, antlers don't cook up very good no matter how long they are on the fire.


Even the rocks don't last forever.

He has shot three mule deer does with the slug gun, I have shot one doe with it and my youngest son shot his first buck with it. Definitely worth the 130 or so bucks spent on that barrel.
