PD, I'm in Minnesota, but the 4C Unit in North Dakota is where I'm dreaming for a tag. I know some monsters have been shot there, I've only hunted there once, but it's beautiful country (Badlands and river bottoms). We saw bighorns and big mulies. Only problem is I've been trying to get drawn 7 years since and no luck, hopefully next year. Don't rule the possibility of getting drawn. My buddy's been drawn once-in-a-lifetime on the first try for moose here, so it's not impossible... Eastern CO I've heard is good. Sometimes people cancel hunts and sell tags for tough spots so that may happen too. Best of luck, Mark.

That could be a hard one even with that many preference Points. I killed a decent Mulie on Public land in unit 21, south of Rangely a few years back. Have you checked with the Colorado D.O.W. staff and seen about getting any information on the number of Pp's required by a Non-Resident to draw a Muley tag in the various GMU's across the state? Even the rocks don't last forever.

If you are a resident some of the Eastern plains wildlife ranching hunts can be good but I don't know if 11 pts. will get you in. C.G.B.
