This mornings Bozeman Chronicle has an update on this story.Johnson actually killed the sow with a 41 mag revolver but was afraid he would be charged and fabricated a false version of what happened.w/regards

I hope the feds dont decide to bend him over. I recall reading about a similar incident several years ago in Montana where the guy went from the hospitial to the prison. Anybody who names their horse "numbnuts" deserves to be vindicated.
