I wanted to see if anyone could recommend an outfitter for a Texas Mule Deer.

I'd look at both the Trans-Pecos or Panhandle regions.

Jim Breck Bean has a fantastic operation and it as good a guy as you can book with. They killed some great deer this year in west Texas.
