I have "known" James most of my life, and he has been in and out of trouble his whole life. Every "enterprise" he has ever been in has been at least shady and most illegal.

What is funny is that there are a couple of hunting show "personalities" who are deeply involved in this too, but no one is talking about them.

nice, but no cigar on this one. Reference the terms Libel & Slander in your dictionary. If the suit brought does not mention names, you need a pretty solid packet of evidence naming names to do so.
