Can anyone direct me to a good discussion of the various sounds and gestures that Whitetail Deer make? In particular: Stamping of the feet, wheezes, and whistles.

I don't know where there is a website for their sounds, but last week while bowhunting I saw a buck bust out of the brush and grunt twice and then take off chasing a doe. She took off with him right behind her. I blew on my grunt tube three or four times and he kept going after her, but another buck busted out of the brush and came straight toward me to 30 yards. I couldn't shoot because he was facing me. After a few minutes he turned around and went back in the timber. I grunted again and rattled my rattle bag and he came right back, this time giving me a broadside shot at 18 steps - only I blew it. I used my second pin instead of the first one and shot over his back.

I'm better with a rifle.
