Lora poted about my little mishap this past Saturday. I am at home but looking at some more surgery. Many Thanks for all the kind sentiments to ther original post. Randall
Hello everyone. This is not Crazyhorse, this is his wife, Lora. About 545 pm yesterday, he was offloading some fiberglass trailers from a flatbed and fell off, backward about 5 feet onto an asphalt parking lot. He fell onto his left elbow, shattering the elbow and also breaking a couple of ribs. OK; this is the story as of 2:57 AM on Saturday. Randall was going to be airlifted to John Peter Smith in Ft worth, the 3rd hospital tonite. But the fog is so thick they have to send him on a special ground transport. I cannot see at night, and I have to arrange care for animals for at LEAST a 3 day stay. So I will be leaving here about 9am tomorrow. He shattered the elbow and they are worried about possible loss of use of the arm... the ribs are broken but they're not too upset about that. SO>>> Please pray to any GOD or GODESS or POWERS THAT BE you may pray to, that Randall has a speedy recovery. The Doctors are very worried about infection in the break.
This was one bit of attention I had skipped. Lora made the post as she knows that AR is one of my favorites. There are a lot of really knowledgable folks on here and I feel privledged being on the site.
Falls like that are no little thing. May your surgery go well in Fort Worth and may you have rest and happiness at Christmas. Stay ahead of the pain with the meds - don't be a tough guy. Prayer sent.

After enduring that serious of a fall, CHC may have no desire of looking at that x-ray any more than absolutely necessary -- and I sure wouldn't blame him for that!
Please keep us posted on your recuperation. We'll keep those prayers coming your way and hope for the speediest and best possible recovery.

Good luck on the recovery. Will pray for you. Holler if you need anything. Sorry for your misfortune!

It wasn't pretty and it did not have any jewelry and it was an out and out water-swat assassination, but I figured out what to do so I ain't gonna miss out on what is left of this season. Good Times
it has been a little over a month since the accident and while I still have a ways to go, I was not gonna miss out on duck season completely.
