Discovery is running "Grizzly Man" again....

I'm still convinced that it should be renamed
"Tim & Amy's Bogus Journey"

Tim sure had that Keanu Reeves impression down pat.

I also love the scene where some official gived his Ex-Girlfriend his watch, still running

Keeps a likkin and keeps on tikkin!

This is a story of a blithering idiot and how he commits suicide. The suicide is the best part. Likely the bears got diaria from eating someone who was that full of crap.

I've seen it and have to ask a serious question:

Can you do a parody of a story about a parody of a man?

Watching grizzly man I can't resist blurting out sarchastic remarks (ala' Mystery Science Theater 3000) to the "serious" parts...

Frankly I think everyone here should have "Grizzly Man" on DVD.... and store that DVD
right next to their copy of "This Is Spinal Tap".

I just can't watch it again. The man is just too stupid for my taste. No pun intended.

Good Hunting,

Yes, the guy was a mental case. My wife says classic Bi-polar.

That said, there is still some pretty cool footage. I watched the fight between the two bruins again. That was good. They can be mean SOB's.

Just last week, about 20 workers at the Green Creek Mine watched a large male kill chase a younger bear around the mine buildings. He killed it and started eating it. It's a cruel, cruel world out there and I feel a LOT safter with a large bore rifle in my hands.

One thing Timmy didn't show is how fast these muthas can run.

I watched it last night for the first time and the part I found to be so true was when he was on the David Letterman show and Dave asked him if there would be a time when there was a show about how Timothy Treadwell was killed and eaten by a grizzly bear. Guess Dave knew what he was talking about!

That was funny too.

In fact the damn documentary itself was freaking hilarious!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

My newphew gave me a copy of it, I couldn' believe this idiot!

He got just what he deserved! I hope the Grizzly enjoyed his last meal!

The only one I kind of feel sorry for was the girl - - - - - - - - - - - - No! I take that back, she was stupid to go with the knot head!

I will say he had some great fotage, the two boars fighting, that was awesome! You know what's strange, the girl that was with him, you never saw her on the video. Two very short shoots that was it.......... I guess ole Tim wanted to make sure everyone knew he was the star meatloaf!!!!
