The title says it all. I'll be chasing cows 10 minutes from my house. Did anyone score any choice tags? I didn't get a bull tag but I got a cow tag in 124 and another in 21. I'm planning on a scouting trip in June. Very excited for my first hunting trip to Wyoming.

Navaluk, Don't know where those areas are, but don't plan on getting into any high country in June. The passes aren't usually passable until after the 4th of July. "There are worse memorials to a life well-lived than a pair of elephant tusks." Robert Ruark

I'm in the same boat. I will loose all my points in a few months when I become a resident. I put in for a cow tag in 100 and drew it. I can't wait! When I told my daughter(Renee 4yo) that we would be hunting elk near home she asked if she could shoot the elk this year. I told here that she is still too young and she said, "That's not fair! you get to shoot everything!" Life in Wyoming is good. Thanks Ravenr.
