I think they have had a vaccine on the market in Canada for awhile now.

Lyme vaccine has been out for a while for our dogs. I asked our vet about a year ago to give me the vaccine, but she declined. Saying it was not approved for humans just yet.

Yep, Canada had it for a long time.

My Commander when I was stationed in Maine got really sick.

His doctor told him to go to Canada and get the vaccine.

Never knew if he did or not. He ended up getting transferred early out of a flying billet.

I was treated with antibiotics in Italy for the European version of Lyme. I do not remember what it was.
