A freind just traded in his M70 in .338 for a .30WSM. Elk season opens Sat. He needs a load using Nosler 180 partions. I gave him all of the 800 numbers for the bullet manufacters but he's in a hurry {he's glass bedding it, adjusting the trigger right now.}
Any help would be welcome. He has RL 19,22,25, H4831, IMR7828... should be a winner in there. Thanks in advance.
BTW.... he is retired so has more time to play than us working stiffs. Dan

Check out the latest issue of Rifle, Novemer 2001, No. 198. Seyfreid has a complete article on the .300 WSM and soon to be .270 WSM including a good selection of loads to use as a starting point. There also is a table of recipies pressure tested by Hogdon.
