Does anyone know about this place? Recent experience on mule deer there? Bumped into Brady Dubke who spoke very highly of it. Apparently he guides there every year.

I appreciate that. I used to lease a lot of ground around rancho grande and they were some of the best ranches I ever had. The genetics are outstanding and it’s beautiful desert. One ranch got fenced and another landowner was batshit crazy or I’d still be there
