Bill Burwell has a reputation based on his confrontation (arrest) with the Alaska State Troopers several years ago. I don't know all the details, but I understood he lost his guides license and was severely fined. He is back in business, and has his license once again. I have talked with him several times. I don't know if he is reformed, but I am staying away.
