AnotherAZWriterNot big game but does anyone know a good waterfowl guide in Colorado?
I posted this in the waterfowl section but thought I might get more eyeballs here.
I need to go on a biz trip to Colorado and looking to book a waterfowl hunt on either Dec 13 or Dec 14. Anyone have any suggestions?

cgbachJudging by the number of ducks and geese seen so far, this year isn't looking too good. You might try here:http://www.coloradowaterfowl.com/forum/
to find an outfitter. Most of them seem to operate in the north-eastern part of the state.

georgeldThat's a good suggestion. While talking to them, ask about snow goose populations around Lamar. I've only seen less than a dozen Canada's so far and they're likely the local birds around town. Later in the season there's usually a few thousand in the parks and grassy areas.
Where you going to be?

AnotherAZWriterThanks guys; I am going to book with Front Range guide service. The outfit I used last year was great, except the guides were shooting as well. Very irritating to draw on a bird only see it crumple just as I am ready to shoot.

Look me up when you're here, I live in Windsor. I may be chasing deer or elk but give me a ring regardless
