What is the source of the blood on the rocks in the last photo?

From the dogs feet from running and climbing on the rocks and snow packed between their toes.. You can see some bloody snow globs on the rock. It isn't as much blood as it looks, 4 dogs with one or two bleeding toes or feet and it gets tracked all over.

Great Photos!

I am going on my first lion hunt in less than a month and just wanted to know if any of those cats in your pictures are ones that you would harvest? I would say the first picture looks like a young cat, but the rest I have a hard time telling. Just trying to get an idea of how to judge them initially, at least until the gender is figured out.

Thanks

Man-O-Man, that is a great set of Hounds and flicks. How in the world did you ever train them to get the Cat in position for proper "Back Lighting" in that third flick? tu2

Thanks for sharing them with us!

First was a younger female, the other two mature males with the middle one the biggest. My son took the photos.

He just takes lots of photos, , it and another were the only two that turned out because of the sunlight. I like the last one with the dog looking up.

Pretty much purebred-crossbreds! LOL!

Treeing walkers with redbone, and bluetick. He has one cur dog to. All small hounds.

That second and third lion are big boys!

Did you take either of them?

Man, I love chasing lions...

And the cur below the lion in the last pic, what a hoot! He looks like he's feeling pretty studly for ledging up that lion.

Hell, Kudu after seeing the lion pics and the Bighorn pics, I'm headed to the Irma to hook up with you boys!

The second one was shot, it had been hanging out to close to a ranch house.
