Sorry but if he left valuable items in his vehicle in a motel parking lot in Kansas City overnight he was an idiot.

Well, here in Montana we're not quite as used to thinking about theft as the rest of you in this country... still, not the brightest move.

$70,000 = about 10-12 rifles.

If anything the next drive by shooting in KC might be pretty spectacular with the gang bangers going all Quigly Eeker

Anyways,

Nobody but me can start my trucks, I have a system built in to ensure that.

I also have a 'safe' in the truck bed that firearms, binos, spotter, etc, etc. go into that someone would need a cutting torch to break into.

And if there's a way to hook up a stun gun type system to punish anyone who get's into my truck I'd love to hear about it. Big Grin

That sucks! I met the vendor at the show, and he was one of the best ones to talk to. He had one rifle there with a tag of $27,000 on it. The materials and craftsmanship on those rifles is simply amazing. I hate to think what's going to happen to all that stuff. I don't suppose it'd be that easy to conceal that many rather bulky, unique products for long. He might get his stuff back somehow.

Too bad as they are nice folks. They should take the sons of bitches that did it and have them run around there shooting range in Big Timber if they can out run the 45.70 they can go free if not no love loss. It's assholes that did this that cause our sport a bad name and pocket books to increase in size.

I'm very sorry to hear this too. Always wanted a Shiloh Sharps. I think it will be real hard for the thieves to unload those rifles though.

Kirk and Heather are great people who build truly unique and beautiful rifles. Kirk indicated that all of the rifles were non-firing with no firing pins installed. I wonder how long it will take the idiots that stole them to figure that out? homer
I hope they call Shiloh to get the parts- I'm sure Kirk will deliver them personally! lefty
