My friend Rob killed this Audad whilst I guided him...sort of. He shot it with a .338 Ultra Mag using a Barnes Triple Shock. This one dropped in his tracks.
Audad can take some punishment but this one folded up where he was shot.


The Hunt goes on forever, the season never ends.

I didn't learn this by reading about it or seeing it on TV. I learned it by doing it.

Handsome Ram. Where did you hunt? I would like for you to guide me 'sort of' for a free range Auodad like that!!

This was in the Davis Mountains of West Texas, a long way from anything. The reason I said "sort of" guided was that Rob is quite an accomplished hunter and definatly did his share of the spotting and glassing on the hunt.

Yes that is a fighting scar above his eye. This ram was just a little over 29inches.

My site is a little outdated but I'm working on that. It isn't listed on my site but shold be soon.

If you would like info on this hunt please feel free to call me. I should have info up on my site soon. However, the basic info is:

I have a free ranging Audad hunt in west Texas. This hunt involves some driving and spot/stalking.
Lodging is available or motels are within driving distance of the ranch.
$3,500 for the hunt with feral hogs included.
Javelina are also available at $500 each.
