Too much ambiguity in the question.
What is a trophy to you?
What do you want out of the hunt?
How do you want to hunt?
Do you have WY points?
What is your budget?
For some the trophy hunt is in the antler size with no other considerations. For others they want antler size and an experience. (some don't want to shoot a bull in an alfalfa field and others are ok with that) Rut or November winter range are two different experiences. JJ can offer either or both- depending on how deep your pockets are.

I have not used them for an elk hunt, but I have been on other hunts on 2 of their ranches in Utah. I'm not sure how many ranches they are leasing in UT at the moment. The Utah hunts could be done with a guaranteed permit thru their CWMU or on an over-the-counter permit bought in July.

The WY hunts would need to draw a general season or limited quota elk tag, which is taking a couple points at minimum.

I'd think you could shoot a 6 point bull with them and maybe have a chance at a 330+ type bull on the right property. They are a decent option, although there are other options that might be better. It all just depends on what you want.
