Anybody that believes that wolves changed the Yellowstone ecosystem for the good in less than 20 years like the film says is more than a little naive. Look at the credits at the end and check out who was behind that film!

Sounds like a lot of breathless bullshit to me. One thing that jumped out at me was the claim that the trees in some areas "quintupled" in height. Why have I not heard these claims before? Some of this stuff should be easy to prove with before and after photos. Funny that the video was lacking such proof.... Jason "You're not hard-core, unless you live hard-core." _______________________ Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt. Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure. -Jason Brown

I like where he talks about deer numbers "WERE" so high before the wolves, they are elk not deer.

***I let that one pass since a lot of people call elk a deer, but I caught that in the film several times!

I am sure that he was calling the elk a deer because of the resemblance it bears to a red deer The only good wolf is a dead wolf
