Well said Chuck. The problem with buying guns from unlicensed dealers is that they are breaking the law, so why would anyone believe they are honest in their dealings with us? I won't use a contractor who isn't licenced for the same reason no matter how cheap. Thus we don't allow non-FFLs to sell guns on our sites. We value our customer loyalty too much.

Shadow, if you are so sure of your interpretation of the law and it's implementation, go ahead and post your full name, address and phone number on the site. You might get some PENpals....including some folks who thought they could get away dealing without a licence and are now doing time in the PEN.

I just said it. Unless you want to add that I will no longer buy any thing off the Guns America web site. I do not want to support the pseudo gun dealers. It does not take a lot of common sense to see that their are more than a few people on that site buying guns with the sole intent of selling them for a profit. Your analagy of buying 52 guns a year from a gun shop and selling them simply does not fly. If your not a convict or mentally defective and you want to be a gun dealer get a license.
