Wyoming group donates hay to feed elk this winter Story Discussion Associated Press | Posted: Saturday, December 12, 2009 11:10 am | No Comments Posted Font Size: Default font size Larger font size JACKSON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Chapter of Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife has donated 25 tons of hay to help the state's elk feeding program this winter in the Jackson area. This is the fourth consecutive year a hay donation has been made by group to help defray the costs of feeding elk in Jackson. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will use the donated hay at a state elk feedground where some 1,000 to 1,200 elk are fed annually. | ||
