it was born with two basins and use one leg from each when walking.
it was found after it was attacked by a dog,
one of the tails has been amputed, vetrinarians says it won't survive in the wild.

"basins" ? That's pelvis.One report said all the legs functioned. And the 'experts ' could tell even without a million $$ study that it couldn't survive in the wild !
