Any one know what the odds are (or where to find information on-line)of a draw for Colorado Unit 76 for bull Elk for a non resident. How many preference points are neeed?

For a muzzleloader tag it took 9 points to draw this year, or 10 points to be sure of a draw. I was told that only about 50% of nonresidents with 9 points drew..Last year 9 points was a shoo-in in 76 for NR muzz, and some folks with 8 points drew.. MY party was rejected last year with 8 and drew this year with 9..It's getting tougher to draw every year...

I expect the odds of drawing a rifle tag would be lower and for a bow tag they would be higher..
