Here are a couple clips I pulled off my video camera. My camera is really old so please excuse the quality of the footage.

The first clip is of the largest typical mule deer I have ever laid eyes on. This buck would net well over 200", he is an absolute giant! Unfortunately, we never found him and I still get knots in my stomach when I watch this footage. He was hit hard, the buck lost a lot of blood but he made it to a property line and we were not allowed access to continue

Hard to tell but that buck looked real wide to me. He clearly had some body mass too.

Ann, I guestimated that buck at 35"-37" wide as a clean typical

Damn, that is a WIDE buck. Must be 34" or so.

Total bummer you couldn't recover it. Sometimes those things happen, unfortunately.

I think I would wake up in the middle of the night screaming obscenities for about fifty years!
