My cousin wants to rent a cabin there in the Summer. Anyone have any ideas as to WHERE ??
Also.....When would be a good time, not TOO many mosquitos,etc.

To avoid the "skeeters", the best time is very early spring (April or May) or late fall (October or November). Usually during the summer months, there is no safe haven from mosquitos.

Frank: I've spent quite a bit of time in Minnesota. In the summer months the mosquitos are not really a problem until the sun starts going down, and then you will get eaten alive. The mosquito is Minnesota's state bird.
