Seen quite a few called albinos that are actually piebald, but this guy sure looks like the real McCoy. Would be nice for him in Winter with that killer camo. All other seasons, maybe not so much. Smiler

The question is, would you take the shot? Assuming he's (she?) full-grown and in season, of course. I find a lot of people are superstitious about this and say they'd never shoot a albino deer. For the record, I'd take it.

How have you been, KG?

Hiya Slug! Doing OK, thanks; was just thinking about you. Funny story for you. My buddy in from ID went fishing in the mouth of the Mack for bass today, chucking small storm shad jigs on 25 lb braid. He hooked sumptin'. Sumptin' BIG. Sumptin' exceedingly rare. Sumptin' that he fought for 45 minutes before even seeing it. Guesses? Hint: it was 6+ feet long and weighed maybe 150 lbs. Give up? A freaking huge sturgeon! More later, but remind me to follow through with that package I have for you. The tuna gods--when Ma nature has let people get offshore--have been kind this year.

Oh, and for the record, if that deer was mature and legal, I'd punch his ticket without thinking twice. Holler at you tomorrow, OK?

KG

I don't know if I'd be superstitious about it, but I do know I wouldn't go to jail for it.

Albino deer are illegal to shoot in many states.

No problem shooting them where I hunt.

Thankfully, I live in Texas where shooting an albino deer is completely legal. I would shoot one in a heartbeat. A state having a law against shooting albino, or white, deer is just plain retarded. nilly

Here's a variation located in the Finger Lake Region of NY State. It's the Seneca White Deer, which are not albino, but are all white.

I don't know, but I'd never seen it before, and thought I'd put it up as an interesting aside. Now that I've answered your question, it's only fair that you answer one of mine, I think: just how long have you been a fucking know-it-all dickhead? Just curious.

Don't have enough friends to email you this kind of stuff eh? I don't really feel sorry for you as you don't have any sense of real being evidently. But then all I have to do is look and see where you are from and I can understand.

You really do understand me, don't you? Impressive! Just as a quick test to confirm your amazing powers, I'm now channeling you an image. Tell me what it is, please.

If you guessed a scene with your sister/cousin, a barn, a donkey and a whole lotta' spanking going on, well then you nailed it. Nice job!
