| I outfit in South Dakota but not 200,000 acres that you are talking about. Praise the Lord we are not getting hit hard by the bluetongue in my area but like said above some areas in the state are offering a full refund if you voluntarily turn your license in before the season starts. Not sure of the outfitter you are talking about. |
