In Carbon Co PA a black bear bit a boy scout.Game commission officials examined the area and found scouts had food scattered around which obviously attracted bears [they just never learn !! ] The bear smelled something in a tent , bit the tent and in the process also bit the boy.The boy screamed and the bear immediately left ! I suppose this will be listed as a bear attack but it's really stupidity on the scouts part.
