I have 3 preference points for WY moose and will try to draw a tag next year. I was thinking of trying to draw a tag in the Big Horn Mts. Is this a good area for a moose with a 40 inch or better rack? Any info on a good area to apply to would be appreciated. I'm willing to back pack in if neccessary.

Some whopper bulls have been taken out of the Bighorsn, but I do not personally know the area. From personal experience, I believe some of the biggest bulls and best areas are 37 and 16. Both are on the Idaho side of the Tetons. 37 is grizzly country, but giant moose.
