got one in the closet in 25-06 had it for 6 mo. and haven't scoped it yet anyway i have not heard one bad report on them and for a stainless i think they're the best bargain going right now. lite rifle in 300win might be a little harsh off the bench but in hunting situation i think it would be a great choice.my .02 cents

Have any of your tried the Tika T3 lite (stainless). I think it may be the rifle I'm looking for. Weight is supposed to be 6 3/8 pounds for a 300 win mag. it also is very nicely priced. The rifle looks a little different than a typical rifle and doesn't have CRF, but it's not that much of a sacrifice. Is it a typical push feed or does it have the Sako extractor? Do those of you who have them like them? Are they accurate? Do you think it would make a good mountain rifle? Thanks for your input.
