Listen up everyone. You all had better call your rep. or sen. and have a talk. This was put in as a rider and is pretty DAMN BAD.SEN. from Ill. introduced it. This would require a lic for all arms and an inspection by ATF at any time. If it passes they can remove your arms, and a jail term.

This bill was mentioned earlier (a bit lower in this forum). At this point, it's wasting away in committee without a co-sponsor. It's very unlkely that it will even get out of committee, let alone pass after a full vote. However, we must keep our eyes on things like this. This flagrant violation of our rights and the Constitution is, in my opinion, a decoy to keep us occupied while "they" really work on something a bit more watered down that they will try to convince us to accept as a compromise.
