I had nothing to do with this hunt or photo and I'm told the photo was taken near Wisconsin Rapids.

Anyone have any data on this "buckpole"

Wisconsin Rapids and the Black River Falls areas were some of the highest yielding areas in the state of Wisconsin when I use to hunt over there when I lived in Minnesota...That was from 1985 to 1995....that I hunted 'Sconsin....

I have heard that it has only gotten better since then also.. in both Wisconsin and Minnesota...

Meanwhile here in Oregon, it has dropped like a rock... I bet the deer heards around here are about 5 to 10 % of what they were when I moved here in 1995....

No, can't help you out. Not sure I would want to know any of them. They are way too anal about hangin' their deer


Take a look at the 5th one from the right. That horse had to dress well over 200.

Do you think they welcome any doe hunters in their camp?
