I am currently doing research for a hunt next fall in Wyoming for antelope. I will be taking my dad. We will have 1 preference point in the spring drawing. I would prefer to either pay a reasonable trespass fee to access private land or draw a unit with good public access. Any insights on this hunt? We aren't searching for trophy animals, just a fun hunt together with a good chance of shooting a decent buck and maybe a doe. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Get some doe/fawn tags for area 90 type 7 (west of hwy 191). Hunt the gas field south of Pinedale..goats are used to oilfield pick-ups..won't even look up when you stop..my bro and I killed three does with crossbows 8-15-13 before 9AM..get a room at one of the new motels in Pinedale..pretty soft hunting..Les
