I have used predator camo since 92 it is quality clothing. I was always happy to pay extra for a tough product made in the USA.

Just got 2 pair of pants usps today direct from predator looked the same as always...even fit the same...cost more than last time ($50+) a pair but just one thing different than any of my other predator clothes....a small tag MADE IN CHINA.

I concur we need to bring back mfg to the USA and quit farming stuff out to foreign comapnies. I still try to buy US clothing even if it costs more out of principle I guess.

Ted, I care! I refuse to make any of our products out of the US. And I buy US made if I have any choice.

Let's see, how can I put this without sounding really horrible. Nope, can't.

The garment can be sewn buy someone with little or no education and a skill set that can be learned in a matter of perhaps a few weeks. For some reason we seem to think that these individuals should be making the same amount of money as someone who stayed in school and learned an actual trade that might require several years to master. Unions served a useful and much needed purpose when they fought for reasonable hours, safe working conditions, and pay that was actually justified for the work done. Now they seem to be mostly concerned with extorting as much money out of the people that built the factory, and put up the capital to start the business to begin with. We have been sucked into the Socialist BS that business exists to provide jobs for people, not to make money. This is probably why so many jackasses will vote for Obama and why Congress just took a great leap "forward" to a socialist state.

If it can be said that people get the government that they deserve and that it is a mirror of their own values, then, well, if America gets sucked down the sewer I certainly can't say we didn't deserve it.

Thanks for the links guys! I have a couple pair of Chipewa boots and like them. For work I wear Matterhorns and usualy get between 4 to 6 months out of a pair. Not very long for 200 dollars a pop but I havn't found a more comfortable boot that lasts any longer.

I agree it's hard to find American-made clothing (or anything, for that matter), but I, for one, wear a pair of Danner Sierras that were handmade in Portland, OR.

I might be a minority here, but I'll strive to find something that's made in the USA, but I'll settle as long as it's not made in China. I'll buy optics, guns, and boots from Europe, cutlery from Europe or Japan, and let's face it, Japan has it all over everyone in the bulk of consumer electronics.

And no, I don't need anyone to point out that the computer and equipment I'm using to transmit this message and participate on this forum was made...in China.
