Spent the last 2.5 days hunting pigs. 5 of us shot 9 pigs had a great time. All the hunting was stalking and still hunting. Lots of pigs around.

We could have shot a bunch more put we flew in a private plane and had to watch the weight on the way back. Did give some away.

Use my 338 wm and 250 gr hornadays no trouble killing pigs. The biggest was about 250 smallest 80 or so.

Tried to shoot one with my 44mag put just couldn't get the shot I wanted. I did shoot a 6 foot rattle snake a 310 gr hard cast took its head off with out a bit of trouble.

One of the guys used his 460Wby. No trouble with killing a 200lb pig with that.

Weather was kind of hot high in the around 80. next time its going to be in Dec. Jan. or no later then mid Feb.

A good time had by all.

Sounds like a great time. It's good to be able to get afield this time of year, and put some of your rigs into action.

Congrats!

Glad you guys had fun. I feel kind of guilty when I go after them here in Texas when a lot of guys spend a good bit of money just getting here.

Keep yer powder dry and yer knife sharp.
