yesterday I bought a box of Sako loaded 3030 ammo loaded with spitzer to semi spitzer bullet weighning 155 grain the code is A122 on the box. I can,t find information on Sako's website for this ammo probably they ,ve discontinued to load3030 with pointed bullets. if there are som finnish hunters which can help me with this kind of ammo, i,ll be verey grateful.TIA

Hay it's 3030 ammo with 155 can't be going more then 2200 to 2300 fps site it 1" at 100yds and that well take care of what a 3030 is surpose to do.

Hej Danny! I have a rather old Sako paper that says (roughly translated from finnish):

30-30 Win. Bullet 122A. weight 10,1g. Powder N140 2,10g. Velocity: v0 650, v25 630, v100 580, v200 515, v300 460. Bulletdrop from middle of bore: 50m 30mm, 100m 120, 150m 285, 200m 545, 250m 900, 300m 1360. Seighted in at 150m bullet rise: 50m +38mm, 100m +54, 200m -155.

Thanks for your input. The reason that I,ve asked this question is , I know that sako for many years ago launched some 3030 loads with pointed bullets and higher speed to meet moose hunting requirement in 3030 and i doubted if mine was one of those high spped loads. now i know that i was wrong.
